This Privacy Policy explains how OneChat AI collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our iOS and Android apps, web properties, and related services. It aligns with Section 5 (Legal) of the Apple App Store Review Guidelines and applies whenever you access the app or interact with us.

By installing or using the app you consent to the practices described here. You may withdraw consent at any time through in-app settings or by contacting us, though certain functionality may become unavailable.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to operate the service responsibly. Categories include:

• Account & profile details: email address, display name, authentication tokens, subscription tier.
• Usage & generation data: prompts you submit, videos/images generated, feature interactions, crash diagnostics (provided by Apple/Expo to satisfy review requirements).
• Device & technical data: device model, OS version, locale, timezone, IP-derived country, push-notification tokens, in order to provide localization and detect abuse.
• Purchase data: anonymized transaction identifiers and subscription status provided by Apple and other app stores. We do not receive full payment card numbers.
• Support communications: messages, screenshots, or attachments you send to our support team or via email.

3. How We Use Information

Your data supports essential operations and safety measures:

• Delivering core functionality such as authentication, content generation, storage, and push notifications.
• Processing in-app purchases, validating receipts with Apple, and enforcing entitlements.
• Maintaining security, preventing fraud/abuse, and complying with Apple App Review requests.
• Improving the quality of our AI models, UX, and performance through aggregated analytics (personal data is de-identified where feasible).
• Communicating about product updates, policy changes, and critical service notices. Marketing emails are optional and can be unsubscribed.

4. Face Data & Image Collection

In compliance with App Store requirements regarding sensitive data, we explicitly outline our handling of user imagery:
